How it works
One round a week. Every shot counts.
Each week is its own event. Your finishing position earns Order of Merit points, and your points build across the series.

Play this week’s course
FlexTee picks the course and whether it’s the front or back 9. Play your round any day Monday to Sunday during staffed hours (10am–10pm).

One attempt only
One attempt per player per week — one and done. The first score you submit is the one that counts.

Same settings for everyone
Tees, wind, gimmies, putting difficulty and other GSPro settings are locked the same for every player each week.

Show us your scorecard
When you finish, show your scorecard to the FlexTee team before you leave so we can record your score.

Points
Win big, or just keep playing.
Points reward the winners but every valid score earns something. Your best 7 results out of 10 count towards your season total.
Tie-break: best score on hole 9. If still level, best combined score on the last 3 holes.

Fair for every level
The FlexTee Sim Handicap.
You don’t need an official club handicap. We use our own simple, in-house handicap so mixed abilities can compete fairly.
- Your first round in the series sets your baseline.
- Your later rounds are scored net against that baseline.
- Weeks 1 and 2 award prizes for both the best gross and best net score — so get your handicap set early.

One fee covers the whole season.
Pay once for all ten weeks. Bay time is separate.

FAQs
Good to know.
When can I play my weekly round?
Any day Monday to Sunday during staffed hours, 10am–10pm. Book your bay as normal.
How many attempts do I get each week?
One. The first score you submit is the one that counts.
What if I miss a week?
Only your best 7 results out of 10 count towards the Order of Merit, so you can miss up to three weeks and still compete for the title.
Do I need an official handicap?
No. Your first round in the series sets your FlexTee Sim Handicap, and later rounds are scored net against it.
How do I submit my score?
Show your scorecard to the FlexTee team on site before you leave, and we’ll record it.
Do I pay for bay time on top of the entry fee?
Members use their membership credits as per their plan. Non-members pay the normal bay rate.
