FlexTee is being built at Unit 3, Latham Business Park in Huntingdon — a spacious industrial unit being converted into a purpose-built indoor golf venue. The space will feature 3 premium simulator bays running GSPro and ProTee VX, spread across two levels: 1 bay on the ground floor and 2 bays on a mezzanine level above.
Every detail is being designed with golfers in mind — from the bay layout and lighting to the lounge area where you can relax between rounds. We're sharing the build journey so you can see exactly what's coming.

What to expect
3 Premium Bays
Three high-spec simulator bays across two levels — 1 downstairs and 2 upstairs on the mezzanine. Each bay features high-definition screens, professional-grade launch monitors, and both right and left-handed setups.
Mezzanine Level
A purpose-built mezzanine floor houses 2 of the 3 premium bays, giving the space a unique two-level layout and a great atmosphere for groups and events.
Lounge Area
A comfortable space to relax, watch others play, and socialise between rounds. Designed for golfers, not just golf.
