What are the three membership options?
Member Rate (£20/month) gives you 2 credits per month for Super Off-Peak or Off-Peak sessions. Plus (£69/month) includes unlimited Super Off-Peak, 4 Off-Peak hours per month, and 20% off Peak bookings. Elite (£170/month) gives you unlimited Super Off-Peak and Off-Peak, 4 Peak hours per month, and 20% off any additional Peak bookings.
What is a credit?
1 credit = 1 hour of bay time. Credits are included with the Member Rate plan and can be used on Super Off-Peak or Off-Peak sessions.
Do credits roll over?
No — unused credits reset at the start of each billing period.
What does 24/7 access mean?
All members can book and use the bays outside public hours (10am–10pm). That means early mornings, late nights, and weekends when the venue isn't staffed for the public. You'll receive access details when you join.
Do I still pay for sessions as a member?
It depends on your plan. Plus and Elite include generous included hours. Member Rate uses credits. Any sessions beyond your plan's included allowance are charged at the applicable rate (with discounts where your plan includes them).
Is there a minimum contract?
No. All memberships are rolling monthly. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Get in touch and we'll switch your plan from the next billing cycle.
Can I bring guests?
Yes — guests are welcome. You can bring guests and they are available as an add-on. Up to 4 people can share a bay.
Do I need to be a good golfer to join?
Not at all. Membership works brilliantly for beginners and returning golfers because you can build confidence through repetition — without the pressure of a busy range or course.
What leagues and competitions are available?
We're planning member leagues, nearest-the-pin nights, longest drive competitions, and seasonal tournaments. All membership tiers include entry.
Can I try a session before committing?
Absolutely. Book a pay-as-you-go session first to see if FlexTee is right for you. If you like it, membership is the best way to get the most value.
